Coordination, please
'There is no easier way to dress yourself than with a co-ord set this season.' Co-ord? Yep, this is short for coordinate and refers to two or more garments designed in matching colors or styles so they can be worn as a set. Usually there is a top and a bottom. Think of a printed top-skirt combination, trousers and (crop) top or trousers and jacket. The idea behind the co-ord is that you can not only wear the pieces together – as a faux jumpsuit or dress – but also separately. This way you have more 'value for money' than with one item. Often you can buy the items separately. For example, you can choose different sizes for the top and bottom, which is not the case with a dress or jumpsuit.
