Fashion statement
Ever since the corona virus has dominated the news, face masks have become an indispensable part of everyday life. The mouth mask is becoming more and more common, now that it is mandatory to wear one in public transport and in public spaces. So why wouldn't you choose a nice one? And so the aesthetic face mask became the fashion symbol of 2020. Stylish examples made their appearance on the catwalk at major fashion houses such as Off-White, Marine Serre and Fendi, were featured on the 'corona covers' of fashion magazines such as Vogue and almost every fashion brand does have its own version with leopard print or logo. In short: the mouth mask has changed from a medical product into a popular fashion item.
